How to be happy in life..

What is life?
The answer to this question is to look for our whole life. All of us have to face the situation in life. Sometimes happiness and sorrow sometimes. We forget everything during happiness. And in times of sadness, we can not understand why this is happening with me. You work hard, but still the hope does not get fulfilled. And then our attitude towards life began to change. Many people have lost their lives in life, they have collapsed in front of situation and sadness.They do not have the hope of living. They say it is very good to die from this life. Many people also say that I live only because I am not dying and I can not kill myself. Life has become helpless, Problems and problems all the time, so do not want to live today.
