How to be happy in life(part 2)
No every thing you Loss is a loss. Sometime we have to give up everything that's killing us even if its killing us to let go. Once we remove the old, we create space for the new.
If you want to be happy in life, then you have to completely eliminate six things from your life. Here are six things that will help you to make your life a lot happier.
6 things to remove from your life:
1.NEGATIVE PEOPLE - Let's start by removing negative people. You literally don't have to be friends with anyone that doesn't support you and brings you energy down. It's ok to start out growing people that are not growing. Some people are better left in your past, no matter how bad you want them to be in your present.
2.GUILT - It's time to removing guilt. Guilt is to the spirit what pain is to the body. Mistake are always forgivable if we're courageous enough to admit them and remember the best apology to ourselves or any one else is changed behaviour.
3.PLEASING OTHER - Remove trying to please everyone. We Loss ourselves trying to please everyone else and then lose every one trying to refined ourselves.
4.EXCUSES- It's time to move excuses. Excuses are the lies we tell ourselves so that we don't have to think anything is our fault.
5.ANXIETY - It's time to remove anxiety. Anxiety is like sitting in a rocking chair. It gives you something to do, but doesn't get you anywhere. Over thinking ruins you. It ruins the situation, it twists thing around, it makes you worry, it just makes everything worse than it actually is.
6. NEGATIVE SELF TALK- it's time to remove negative self talk. We're defined by the stories. We tell ourselves every single day, moment to moment, "I'm not good enough", "I can't do this","It's not meant for me". Recognize when a phase, a life, a job or a relationship is over and let it go. Movie on doesn't have to be a dramitic event. You can simply choose to move forward with peace and clarity. And never remove "you" from the equation. Because then no matter what happens, Nothing will ever add up..
